Where Is It?

It's been a while since I've asked any location questions. As usual these are all images where I don't know the location, if anyone could help fill in any details I'd be grateful. Many thanks in advance. Links to this article are being placed in various places, but I'll update this article if any info becomes available.
03/03/2014. Some info has been received, thanks to those who have given the info.

1. Former Southern Railway bogie brake van DS56305, marked up as a mess van for the adjacent twin jib crane 78233
Rush and Lusk Station
2. I do not have the faintest of even a region, or even if it's UK. I get a slight Irish vibe from the signals, but North of the border or South?
10/03/2014 Confirmed as Rush and Lusk station near Dublin. Thank you Leo O'Byrne.

Wood End Station
3. A delightful spot, a small station in a cutting with a footbridge for access and a tunnel mouth just beyond.
03/03/2014 Confirmed as Wood End station on the  Birmingham to Stratford route. Photo taken from the road bridge on Wood End Lane.

Tywyn BR Station
4. This slide a bit grubby, but it's of a pair of class 25s at the head of a passenger service. I've tried comparing pictures of the Cambrian to this image and can't find a match I'm happy with.
19/03/2014. Update, now confirmed as Tywyn. I'd discounted Tywyn because Google Earth shows no footbridge, but photographic evidence presented shows that the bridge has been demolished. Thanks for the info.

Stranraer Station
5. I think I've asked about this one before, but here goes again! It looks to be beside water to the left behind the class 40 and its parcels train
03/03/2014 Now confirmed as Stranraer Station, thanks for the info.
6. A rather poor condition black and white slide of this station. The sign on the end wall reads 'British Road Services' and the wagons appear to be full of sleepers with chairs still attached.
Shrewsbury Abbey Sidings
7. What looks like an oil siding right next to a church
03/03/2014 Confirmed as Shrewsbury Abbey Sidings, thanks for the info.
Class 142 on the southern approaches to Bolton station
8. A bit of motion blur to the front of this class 142 Pacer diesel unit and a junction in the background. I'm presuming it's in the North West and have other slides taken at this location.
03/03/2014 Confirmed as the Southern approaches to Bolton station, probably taken from the footbridge at Lever Street.

9. What looks to be the interior of a small signalbox, or possibly yard box. Even with the original it isn't possible to get enough clarity to read what is written on the panel.
Double headed class 26s at Stanley Junction
10. Last one of this batch and more of a confirmation if this is Stanley Junction or not, please?
03/03/2014 Confirmed as Stanley Junction, thanks for the info.

  2. No 5 is Stranraer Harbour. Compare this shot taken facing towards where your photo was taken:-
