Three in Sussex

Given that it's the Sussex Coast crew reunion today I thought a short Sussex based article would be in order.
3H 1132 approaches Hove on the Up in May 1976.
3H DEMU 1132 approaches Hove on the Up in May 1976.
A pair of class 33s at the head of the White Rose railtour run by West Sussex Touring Trust in possibly August 1976. If anyone has more info such as loco ID date and destination I'd be grateful

One of my fathers negatives, and it looks like some light has got to somewhere it shouldn't. West Worthing down platform complete with benches, bike rack and a canopy. I just remember the station like this.  Just behind the nearest bench are adverts for the Sussex Mutual building Society and Westminster Bank (became part of Nat West 1970). Circa 1969/1970.
