These are from the same batch of negatives.

This first image appears to be L1 no 31786 ready to depart from Victoria 11/06/1961 with the South Eastern Limited railtour.

According to the Six Bells Junction website the tour was led from Robertsbridge to Tenterden by Terrier/Rooter 32662 and in the reverse by 32670.
In the image below of interest is the third coach which appears to be of Pullman appearance, and a similar vehicle also appears in other image sources of this railtour.

The main question for this image is the location, does anyone recognise it?
Question answered, the answer is 'Cranbrook Road level crossing looking down the gradient towards Rolvenden'. Many thanks Chris.
